Nak Kurus ke.?


Hari ini terasa malas sangat nak update blog.. semalas-malasnyer, malas tahap gaban kata blogger HaSue..! Nothing to share and even so lazy to think.. No body is at home untill after Isyak.. I'll take my sweet time to

mingle around others' blogs!

.......and wanna see what I've found?? A fruitful effort for something better than nothing, ...erkk..?? So, nak tak nak I have work to do.. words to type and ideas to comment! I have to ensure my brain is still on running mode...

I dropped by at one of the blogs, a lady teacher who called herself as Mak Andak infront of her nieces and nephews... I found a very good tips for those who are trying hard to lessen their lemak2 tepu in their body.. Kalu lemok sello sedak jugok ke Fzi..?? Maz ..??), ni lemok oghe, adoyai...bilo nok kughuh ni?? Pate jjupo lemok sello teghuh ngap!) ....hehe!

Below are the tips which I copied from her blog.. According to Andak, the tips are really work for teenagers...(Mak2 budak cam ummi ni, tak boleh ker Andak..??? p.s: Is it ok kak sue call you Andak..?).

1. Rice - once a week only.
According to Andak, one girl cut down from XXL t0 M within a year by cutting rice in her diet...

>>Precisely, this tip is proven true by my cousin in law (@age 40 yrs old) by loosing almost 30 kilos out of his previous weight in roughly a year or less! He never touches rice unless on special occasion ie on Hari Raya or during feast, but still in small amout! I hardly recognise him until was told that he is my cousin whom I'm looking for.. Bravo..!

2. Plain water instead of sirap, tea, or whatever...
Consume a glass of plain water before every meal is the secret..

3. Cream crackers instead of junk food.
Because their science teacher taught them gastritis and aneroxic an all, so NEVER starved yourself to death. Its not pretty at all. So whenever you are feeling hungry, a piece of cream cracker is enough to shut your stomach (it has tendency growling in public ok).. but never mistook thirsty for hungry, drink a glass of plain water first but if you still feeling hungry.. then grab the cream crackers.

>>In my case I always substitute a cream cracker for a glass of orange juice. This will help burning your fats while purifying your skin... But should you have gastritis, don't practice this ! Andak's tip is more accurate..

4. Never skip meals Or else your mom will nag.. diorang ckp)

>>Yess....! I do feel very upset whenever my sons try to skip their lunch in order to maintain their diet (konon laa, esp adik! very proud of his six packs!) Sedey...masak penat2 orang tak makan, kann..? Don't skip your meal, eat a small portion instead (with or without rice depends on your weight), and definitely you can maintain your diet while putting a big smile on your mom's lips!

5. Balanced diet
Yeah rite, this one please refer to Health textbook because as they told me, their mom who prepared the meal and have their say in what to eat.

6. Exercise
Dancing is one of them. or walking to the shop for window shopping is a good one too. (diorang cakap ye, bukan mak andak)

>> I still prefer swimming to dancing! Why..?? 1-I'm not good in dancing...neither do my boys..hehe! 2-Swimming tu sunnah Nabi kann... Practically swimming is the most perfect movement /exercise, because every angle of your body will move freely in the water with minimum accident.

7. NEVER eat outside food ( if possible) because the hawker do not know you are on diet..

>> Ermm, this means you have to 'tapau' your meal to college / office everyday...can you? No jokes! There are people who managed to do this!!! When there's a will, there always be a way...

8. State a target and work on it... How much do you want to lose? ...by when? how would you achieve it..

>>Sound like MLM (Multi level Marketing) haa..? Nevertheless, setting a target is very important in whatever you do..rite? Otherwise your effort won't be fruitful..

9. Record your progress
Save you pocket money and invest on a weight scale.

>>If you girls can spend lavishly on clothings and accessories, (and boys spend a lot on smoking!!), why not save a bit for a weight scale which scares you by its numbers!! It helps you to determine anything you will eat... Place it near your dressing mirror or front door. Believe me, it works! hehe..

10. Moderation
Eat anything your heart's desire, but with
a minuscule portion of course..

Actually, nothing is better than Islamic way! Haaa.. top up your effort with puasa sunat, on every Monday and Thursday.. Pahala dapat, kesihatan dapat.. most and foremost, you akan dapat your ideal figure...

Tak caya.....??

Meh la try buat dalam 5-6 months, esp kalau you all buat puasa sunat Nabi Ishak a.s (fasting on every alternate day), provided you have to skip rice during any meal... You have lot of alternative / choices.. The best substitution for rice is nothing better than fruits (esp dates of any kind, citrus fruits ie oranges, guava, starfruit etc, to enhance your fats burnt while supporting your body needs on vitamin C). Anyway please consult your doctor / nutritionist......for a perfect diet.

Kitaorang tadi joging satu round taman perumahan...dah leklok terbakar, kalori pi pekena teh tarik ngan roti canai kat Salam Sentosa...ish dahhh tambah balik kalori... caner nak kurus neh.. :)

Laa.. awwat pi pkena teh tarik plak..? Nape x pekena nasi belauk teghuh..?? hehe! Biasa la tu lepas penat blari mmg haus, kena minum gakkan.. cuma teh tarik tu byk bnar kalorinye. Kegemaran kak sue gak tu fzi..

X pe2, pas ni lari2 anak dlm rumah plak! Pastu minum plain water jer..:D
